Contains 60% organic blackcurrent juice pressed on the fruit farm. The freshness of the currents and their skins give this cordial a tart, refreshing taste. Dilute at least 1 to 8 with still or sparkling water for rich, soft drinks or with hot water for health-giving hot toddies. With white wine it makes a lovely kir. Ideal for ice creams, sorbets and puddings of all kinds. This cordial is exceptionally high in natural Vitamin C.

We boil organic fresh root ginger to make our own extract and this gives an exceptionally strong fresh ginger bite to this cordial. The added fresh organic lemon juice makes it very refreshing. Dilute with sparkling water for a real ginger beer or with hot water for a great hot toddy. Mixed with vodka makes a great "Moscow Mule".
